Terms
Terms
Version 1.1 of 9 October 2026, applicable to the private beta. English translation for information. The French version prevails.
01
Purpose
These terms govern access to the ZPI website, published at zpi-pro.ch and prevot.ch, and use of the Prévôt service, available at audit.prevot.ch (the “Service”). The Service reconciles the master invoice, the folios and the supporting documents of a group stay, or a tradesperson's receipts and bank statement, and produces a report flagging the discrepancies found.
Any use of the Service implies acceptance of these terms, of the privacy policy and of the legal notice.
02
Beta phase
The Service is offered as a private beta. It may contain errors, change without notice, be interrupted or have some features withdrawn. Access is granted individually, for a specific email address, and may be revoked at any time.
During the beta, the Service must not be used as the sole means of checking before a significant payment without human review.
03
Access and credentials
Access is personal. You agree not to share it and to report any unauthorised use without delay. Authentication relies on a code sent to the authorised email address; you are responsible for the security of that mailbox.
04
Your commitments
By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that you:
- have the right to process the uploaded documents and to entrust their processing to a provider, including when they contain personal data of third parties;
- have informed the persons concerned where applicable and have a valid legal basis;
- upload no sensitive data within the meaning of art. 5(c) FADP or art. 9 GDPR (health, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual orientation, biometric or genetic data) that is not strictly necessary for the check;
- upload no unlawful content, and do not attempt to bypass the Service's protections, extract its data in bulk or disrupt its operation;
- give an email address that you control for receiving the report.
You remain the controller of these documents. Prévôt acts as a processor, under the conditions described in the privacy policy.
05
Nature of the report
The report is a decision aid. It is not legal, accounting or tax advice, nor an audit report, nor a certificate enforceable against a third party. Each flagged line points to the document it is based on so that you can check it. The decision to dispute, pay or pass on rests with you.
Scanned documents are read by an artificial intelligence model and may contain reading errors. Amounts are compared by fixed, reproducible rules.
06
Technical limits
- Maximum size per uploaded file: 60 MB.
- Maximum number of scanned pages read per file: 250 pages. Beyond that, the file is refused before any reading, and nothing is charged.
- Accepted formats — Hotel module: one .zip file. Trades module: one .zip file containing the receipts and the bank statement (CSV or camt.053). Bank statements in PDF are not read during the beta.
07
Prices and billing
The service is free during the private beta. No price has been set to date. Any price will be communicated by email before any billing and will apply only with your agreement.
Any price change will be communicated by email before it takes effect and will not apply to checks already started.
08
Right of withdrawal
No statutory right of withdrawal applies to business users.
For a consumer resident in the European Union, a fourteen-day withdrawal period in principle applies to distance contracts. By requesting immediate performance of a check, you agree that the service begins before that period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
09
Availability
No availability guarantee is given during the beta. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, updates or security reasons, in principle with prior notice when circumstances allow.
10
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is liable only for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. In particular, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data and any indirect damage are excluded.
The publisher cannot be held liable for a payment or dispute decision taken on the basis of a report, nor for incomplete, illegible or erroneous documents supplied by the user.
Mandatory provisions remain reserved, in particular liability for injury to life or physical integrity, and consumer protection rules that cannot be excluded by contract.
11
Intellectual property
The publisher retains all rights to the Service, its code, its method and its interface. You retain all rights to the documents you upload and to the reports produced from them. No right to use your documents for any purpose other than performing the requested check is granted to the publisher.
12
Term and termination
Access is granted for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time by either party, without reason, by simple email. The publisher may immediately suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms or a risk to the security of the Service.
13
Changes
These terms may be changed. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of upload. Any substantial change will be announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
14
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland. This clause does not deprive a consumer resident in the European Union of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of their country of residence, nor of the possibility of bringing proceedings before the courts of that country.
